| The primary objective is the systematic and structured collection and analysis of cases discussed in the molecular tumor board (MTB). The following aspects will be evaluated: - Documentation of previously undescribed molecular aberrations - Documentation of the frequency of known driver mutations - Comprehensive molecular characterization of individual cases and assessment of the relevance of underlying molecular alterations for therapeutic options - Description of subsequent patient treatment courses - Implementation rates of diagnostic and therapeutic options discussed in the MTB | — |
