Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years Lower extremity prosthesis Clinical suspicion of PJI Written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Age <18 years - Inability to give informed consent and no legal representative available - Refusal to participate in the study - No endoprosthesis in the target joint - Inability to establish a definitive clinical diagnosis or to collect the necessary routine data (e.g., in cases of immediate transfer to another facility without access to relevant medical records)
