Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participant's capacity to give consent - Sufficient vision and hearing to understand the questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairments / dementia - Inability to understand or follow participant instructions - Severe psychological or emotional impairments - Insufficient understanding of the German language - Presence of an acute emergency or acute serious infection - Events in the past four weeks that have limited mobility and will significantly alter the participant’s usual mobility outside the home over the next 6 weeks - Planned extended vacations (> 10 days) or hospital stays within the next six weeks (absence from one's place of residence) - Living in Berlin/Brandenburg
