Inclusion criteria: - Patient at the Dysplasia Center of the Department of Gynecology at the RWTH Aachen University Hospital - Referred due to abnormal cervical cancer screening results

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients without complete documentation or missing information

- Age: patient’s age in years - Medical history – pregnancy: yes/no Referral findings: - Cytological smear: classified according to the Pap scale and Munich Nomenclature III - HPV test: positive, negative, risk classification Results of the colposcopy at the Department of Gynecology, RWTH Aachen University Hospital: - Colposcopic findings - Cytological smear: classified according to the Pap scale and Münchner Nomenclature III - HPV test: positive, negative, risk classification - Biopsy: histopathological evaluation of the biopsy sample - Is conization recommended: yes/no The data are collected from the medical reports following the patients’ visit to the Dysplasia Center.	—
