Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients with congenital heart defects (primarily Fontan circulation and corrected tetralogy of Fallot) -No objections to physical activity from the Department of Pediatric Cardiology at the University Hospital of Cologne. -Consent from the patient and their legal guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Severe symptoms of heart failure (NYHA class >3) -Exercise-induced arrhythmias -Surgery within the past 3 months -Cognitive, neurological, and psychomotor deficits that significantly limit or prevent successful participation in the diagnostic evaluation and/or the intervention. -Other contraindications to a cardiopulmonary exercise test and the planned intervention.
