Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: rheumatoid arthritis (seronegative or seropositive), seronegative spondyloarthropathy, or chronic kidney disease of any cause at stage 4 or 5 according to KDIGO 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, acute kidney injury requiring temporary dialysis, short-term terminal illness managed with palliative care

The change in validated scores such as OHHIP G5 and SF-12 compared to the baseline score during routine rheumatology or nephrology appointments (every 3 months) over a total period of 24 months.
