Group 1: This retrospective study examines 68Ga-PSMA-PET/CTs of all patients, who underwent 177Lu-PSMA radiologand therapy between April 2019 and December 2025.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The sample size includes all patients with mCRPC, who have been treated with 177Lu-PSMA radioligand therapy between April 2019 and December 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: missing data

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between baseline total leasion activity (TLA [SUV-bw x cm³]) and baseline mean standard uptake value (SUVmean [kBq/ml]) of the respective organ. Total lesian activity as a mesuare for total tumor burden.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• changes in mean standard uptake value of healthy organs before and after 4 cycles of 177Lutetium-PSMA radioligand therapy (?SUVmean of the respective organ). Mean standard uptake value as a measure for uptake of PSMA-ligands in healthy organs. • changes in correlation between baseline and post radioligand therapy total lesion activity (?TLA) und changes in correlations between baseline und post radioligand therapy mean standard uptake value (?SUVmean)
