Group 1: An anonymous survey is being conducted among patients at Aachen University Hospital. All participants will complete the same questionnaire.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The survey is distributed to adult patients who have undergone outpatient surgery at Aachen University Hospital and have been in contact with the Department of Anesthesiology prior to discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The individual has not reached the age of majority. There is a significant language barrier. There will be a subsequent inpatient admission.

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint of the study is to document patients’ experiences and assessments of telemedicine applications in the context of postoperative care following outpatient procedures, with a focus on anesthesiological aspects from the patients’ perspective. For this purpose, a questionnaire is administered shortly before discharge.
