Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent resection for pancreaqtic ductal adenocarcinoma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: other pancreatic diseases than pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma Explorative laparotomy without resection

| The primary endpoint is to identify preoperative and intraoperative factors that predict prognosis or recurrence in patients who have undergone surgery for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Data will be collected from routine clinical documentation between April 5, 2026, and July 4, 2026, in the form of a retrospective study. Data from patients that underwent elective pancreatic resection for histologically confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) at Heidelberg University Hospital, Im Neuenheimer Feld 420, 69120 Heidelberg, between January 1st, 2012, and December 31, 2025, will be retrospectively retrieved. | — |
