Group 1: Questionaire about completed assisted suicide regarding circumstances, juristic aspect, obstacles etc.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All attempted and completed assisted suicides may be reported by the following individuals: o Relatives and close associates of the person seeking assisted suicide o Treating physicians (not involved in the assistance, e.g., primary care physicians) o Physicians involved in assisted suicide o Euthanasia organizations o Criminal investigators who document the suicide o Individuals who have attempted assisted suicide but discontinued the process

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded from the registry are: o minors o all people incapable of giving consent

Measure	Time frame
The goal is to establish a high-quality and permanently maintained national database for assisted suicides in Germany. The reports of the entries in registry will inform the publuc health institute about the development of assistend suicide in Germany.	—
