Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
First, the retrospective study aims to provide a detailed descriptive characterization of VZV infections following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in order to describe their course, clinical presentation, potential risk factors, treatments, complications, and long-term consequences. Second, interference statistics will be used to investigate a possible antileukemic effect of the infection. The primary endpoint of this part of the study is the occurrence of relapses.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoints include overall survival, event-free survival, the incidence and severity of GvHD, as well as TRM and NRM
