Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvements in knowledge and subjective improvements of the relevant skills pre vs post summer school. Knowledge will be tested before and after the summer school, the subjective skills will be evaluated in a pre-post-design after the summer school. Furthermore, a follow-up with the same questions at three months is planned.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Possible improvements and best-practice examples for continued medical education in palliative care. These will be answered based on the free-form answers in the questionnaires and the semi-structured interviews.
