Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Age = 18 years -History of allo-HSCT, with a hematological disease as the indication -Follow-up contact at a participating center -sufficient German language skills to complete the questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Lack of capacity to provide informed consent, practically meaning inability to participate in the online questionnaire -insufficient language skills to complete the survey

| The primary outcome is the current return-to-work status, respectively current employment status, after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at the time of the survey. This parameter is assessed once as part of the online cross-sectional survey. Data are collected anonymously by means of a self-reported online questionnaire. | — |

| Secondary outcomes include time to return to work, current working hours or workload, work-related adjustments, support services, subjective work ability, presence of chronic graft-versus-host disease, symptom burden, and financial strain. In addition, associations between return to work and selected transplant-related, work-related, and socioeconomic factors will be explored. These parameters are assessed once at the time of the online survey. Data are collected anonymously by means of a self-reported online questionnaire. | — |
