Subproject 1.2: Conducting statistical analyses for hypotheses regarding gender- and diversity-specific care, which will be specified in accordance with the sequential mixed-methods design based on the qualitative results and with the involvement of the participatory project control group; conducting exploratory statistical analyses on diversity-specific care. Subproject 2.1: Development and testing of an interview guide based on six initial formative interviews (with two persons with mental illness and psychiatric treatment experience, two relatives/close ones of persons with mental illness and psychiatric treatment experience, and two clinical professionals); subsequent conduct of 25 semi-structured, guideline-based qualitative interviews to identify experiences and suggestions for improvement regarding diversity factors in psychiatric inpatient care; inductive-deductive analysis. Subproject 2.2: Further detailed development of the survey questionnaires based on the recommendations of the project control group as well as the results of the routine data analyses (Subproject 1) and the qualitative analyses (Subproject 2.1); quantitative analysis of attitudes, knowledge, and perceptions of treatment regarding diversity-specific aspects of care among persons with mental illness and psychiatric treatment experience, their relatives/close ones, and clinical professionals. | — |
