Interventions
Group 1: Participation in the study takes place once during the inpatient stay on a psychiatric ward. Interested patients will be personally informed about the study by a member of the research team.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inpatient stay at LVR Clinic Essen and capacity to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment, dementia, acute crisis states, acute intoxication.
