Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - mild to moderate mental wellbeing (based on screening using the Adolescent Mental Health Continuum – short form; Keyes, 2002) - Smartphone with internet access
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - current severe mental illness - current psychological treatment or unstable medication - inability to commit to using the digital support platform
