Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Trainee, student, director, or coordinator at a participating regional training center or university - Sufficient German-language proficiency to complete the questionnaires - Provision of informed consent - For minors, provision of informed consent from parents or legal guardians - Access to an internet-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or laptop) to complete the digital questionnaires

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years without informed parental/legal guardian consent

MeasureTime frame
This study is designed to pilot in-person and social media formats and is therefore exploratory in nature; accordingly, no distinction is made between primary and secondary outcomes. The following outcome domains will be examined: (i) Effects of piloting in-person formats on student-relevant outcomes. (ii) Feasibility and adaptation of the formats (including contextual factors).
