Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Confirmed diagnosis of acute leukemia (ALL or AML) • Initial clinical and/or radiological suspicion of osteomyelitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Missing or incomplete clinical documentation
