Inclusion criteria: AP1a: Oncological disease (breast cancer, colorectal cancer stage II and III, melanoma), first diagnosis between 2021 and 2023, insured by AOK, residence in Lower Saxony, adult age AP1b: Medical practice in primary care in Lower Saxony AP1c: Medical practice in ambulatory oncological care in Lower Saxony AP1d: Oncological disease with completed primary treatment, residence in Lower Saxony, physical and cognitive ability to participate in interviews AP2a: Expert in oncological follow-up care in Germany, e.g. healthcare professionals from outpatient and inpatient care, representatives of professional societies and associations, patient representatives, or representatives of self-help groups AP2b: Expert in oncological follow-up care in Germany, e.g. healthcare professionals from outpatient and inpatient care, representatives of professional societies and associations, patient representatives, or representatives of self-help groups
