Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Limited knowledge of German Visual impairments in the child and/or parents Previous experience with Froggie images from other studies

| The primary endpoint is the child’s anxiety level during the outpatient visit. This is measured using the Houpt Categorical Rating Scale at the time of study enrollment (T0) and at the next outpatient visit (T1), i.e., after the picture book has been read for approximately 3 months. | — |
