Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Physicians specializing in internal medicine - At least 1 year of clinical experience in an inpatient setting - Regular contact with seriously ill or dying patients - Willingness and ability to discuss one’s own emotional and existential experiences - Consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Physicians who do not have contact with critically ill patients - Physicians experiencing acute personal crises (e.g., burnout, recent bereavement, acute psychological stress) - Individuals without sufficient German language skills
