Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint of the study is the subjectively perceived workload of the caregivers before and after implementation and use of the technologies. Measurement Instrument: NASA Task Load Index (TLX) questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary endpoints encompass various aspects of technology utilization and competence: Usability and User Experience: Evaluation of the usability of individual assistive devices, measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS), collected after the implementation and use of the technologies. Frequency of Use and Efficiency: Data regarding the duration of use as well as an assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of the assistive devices, collected after the implementation and use of the technologies. Benefits and Acceptance: Assessment of direct nursing and administrative benefits as well as acceptance using the BANC-11 Scale, collected before and after the implementation and use of the technologies. Digital Competence: Objective assessment of digital competence through a single-choice questionnaire, collected before and after the implementation and use of the technologies. Subjective self-assessment of technical competence, collected before and after the implementation and use of the technologies. Occupational Self-Efficacy: Expectation of one's own professional competence, measured with the BSW-5-Rev Scale, collected before and after the implementation and use of the technologies. Evaluation of Training: Assessment of training outcomes and training design (using TEI and Q4TE questionnaires), collected after the implementation and use of the technologies. Digital Health Literacy: Ability to find and use health-related information electronically (eHEALS Scale), collected before and after the implementation and use of the technologies. Activities of Daily Living (ADL) of Care Recipients: Evaluation of the patients' basic functional abilities by the staff using the Barthel Index, collected before and after the implementation and use of the technologies. Qualitative Aspects: Insights from interviews with caregivers and users regarding workload, influencing factors, and specific preferences.
