The reasons for AMAP patients' consultations are identified based on the patients' statements in the interviews in order to better understand the patient journey

Inclusion criteria: - able to communicate in German or accompanied by a person who can provide translation (e.g., relatives, friends, etc.) - capacity to consent and provision of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - minor age (being under 18 years) - patients with a physician referral - insurmountable language barrier
