Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed PAH WHO Class II-III indicated telemedical support

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 18 years WHO Class I or IV Communication barrier or lack of German language skills Factors hindering the transmission of monitoring data
