Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Applied for a formal recognition of a care level (Pflegegrad), but did not receive a recommendation from the the medical service of the health insurance fund (Medizinischer Dienst) - MoCA score > 18 and < 26 (indicating mild cognitive impairment) - Member of statutory health insurance - Informed consent to study participation and data collection (written consent) - Sufficient language comprehension to understand the study information and follow study procedures - Community-dwelling
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Repeat application for a formal recognition of a care level (e.g., appeal or renewed application following a prior rejection) at the time of recruitment, as well as application for upgrading to a higher care level or for inpatient long-term care - Any circumstances that preclude participation (e.g., lack of capacity to consent without legal representation)
