Interventions

Group 1: Users of the digital prevention program are surveyed a total of three times: at the start, after using the program, and in a follow-up assessment six months later

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who are physically inactive, have poor dietary habits, or experience stress-related strain in their daily lives, but do not have any medical conditions in these areas that require treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Acute conditions: Existing epilepsy, advanced pregnancy, or acute febrile infections. • Clinical conditions: Diagnosed eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia) or severe obesity (BMI > 40) requiring close medical or therapeutic supervision. • Cardiovascular risks: Acute cardiovascular diseases that preclude exercise for preventive purposes. • Psychosocial crises: Acute psychological instability or crises that go beyond the scope of general stress prevention.

Assessment of the health effects on daily physical activity (steps), the health effects on calorie control skills (meal tracking), the health effects on perceived stress (PSS-10), the health effects on general well-being (WHO-5 Index), the health effects on body fat (bioelectrical impedance analysis – BIA body check), the health effects on sleep patterns (Integrated Sleep Questionnaire) before the start, after use, and after 6 months
