Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Physiotherapists: - Age = 18 years - Professional license in Germany - Working in outpatient or day-care settings - Excellent German language skills (level C1, C2, or native speaker according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) - Informed consent to participate in the study Patients: - Age = 18 years - Physically and mentally suitable for telemedicine services according to § 125 Abs. 1 SGB V - Therapy goal is achievable regardless of treatment format (face-to-face or telemedicine) - Valid prescription for one of the following services: individual physiotherapy, group physiotherapy, physiotherapy for cystic fibrosis, neurological physiotherapy for adults (Bobath concept), manual therapy - Informed consent for anonymized data collection

Exclusion criteria: Physiotherapists: - Working exclusively in inpatient settings - German language skills below C1 level Patients: - Physical or mental inability to participate in telemedicine services - No valid prescription for approved services
