Group 1: In the foam rolling condition, the posterior shank musculature of the right leg was treated using a foam roller. Five sets of 30 seconds were performed, each separated by 30 seconds of rest.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were age of at least 18 years and a healthy general condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were pregnancy as well as any known neurological, cardiovascular, or orthopedic disorders.
