Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ACJ-Dislocation Fraktures of the lateral Clavicle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adjacent fracture of the shoulder joint, previous surgery on the AC joint, contraindication to MRI (e.g., pregnancy, claustrophobia, metal implants, etc.)

AC joint dislocations and lateral clavicle fractures, treated surgically or conservatively assessed regarding VAS, ROM, Satisfaction, Clinical examination, Patient-reported outcome scores (ASES, CCS, DASH, SST, EQ-5D-5L), Imaging (MRI at baseline, X-rays baseline and as indicated during follow-up) at baseline, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years.
