Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: Adult patients with hemophilia A or B Control subjects: Adult male and healthy subjects who do not have any blood coagulation disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: Acute injuries or joint hemorrhages, other coagulation disorders (e.g., von Willebrand syndrome), neurological disorders, diagnosed cognitive impairments Control subjects: Blood clotting disorders, rheumatic diseases, acute injuries/previous surgeries/joint replacement of the elbow, knee, or ankle joints, diagnosed cognitive impairments

MeasureTime frame
Description of sonographic parameters of the surrounding structures of the knee, elbow, and ankle joints, and determination of the relationship with the concentration of various cytokines in venous blood. The following parameters are used: - Morphological alterations - Power Doppler examination - Cytokine concentration in venous blood determined by membrane-based antibody array.
