Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients who have undergone thyroid scintigraphy (including PD-L1 nanobody scintigraphy) - Available histopathological examination following thyroid surgery - Complete clinical and imaging datasets

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Incomplete datasets - Lack of histopathological correlation

Correlation of imaging-determined PD-L1 expression with immunohistochemically determined PD-L1 expression in the resected specimen.
