MeasureTime frame
Occurrence of early allograft dysfunction (EAD) within the first 7 postoperative days after liver transplantation, defined as the presence of at least one of the following criteria: serum bilirubin = 10 mg/dL on postoperative day 7, INR = 1.6 on postoperative day 7, or ALT/AST > 2000 IU/L within the first 7 postoperative days. Assessment will be performed retrospectively using routine laboratory data documented in the hospital information system.
