This is a study conducted alongside the project with no specific endpoint; data is collected on an ongoing basis. The aim is to evaluate the “HSN – Helping in Mental Distress” project and to collect data on willingness to help, safety of helping, health literacy, stigma, and personal psychological stress before (t0) and after a course (t1), as well as in a follow-up 6 months after the course (t2).
