| 1. Predictive endpoints: Development/validation of models to predict clinical events across different entities, e.g., (1) Prostate: probability of significant carcinoma, R1/R0 status, biochemical recurrence; (2) Bladder: recurrence/progression after TUR-B/cystectomy, need for escalation of therapy; (3) Kidney: prediction of malignancy, risk of recurrence after (partial/radical) nephrectomy, and potential benefit of risk-adapted follow-up/adjuvant therapy, etc. 2. Correlative endpoints: multimodal correlations between clinical parameters, laboratory findings, imaging, and pathology to improve the characterization of tumor phenotypes and treatment effects. 3. Prognostic endpoints: Identification of relevant parameters/risk factors for recurrence, progression, metastatic events, and treatment-related complications. | — |
