Dual-task ability assessed using the Timed Up and Go Cognitive (TUG-Cog) at time points t0, t1, t2, t3, and t6 (Arm 1), and t0, t3, t4, t5, and t6 (Arm 2). Activities of daily living assessed using the WHO Disability Assessment Schedule Short (WHODAS & WHODAS Short) at time points t0, t1, t2, t3, and t6 (Arm 1), and t0, t3, t4, t5, and t6 (Arm 2). Physical activity-related health competence assessed using the Physical Activity Health Competence Questionnaire (PAHCO-12) at time points t0, t1, t2, t3, and t6 (Arm 1), and t0, t3, t4, t5, and t6 (Arm 2). Physical activity behavior assessed using accelerometers at time points t0, t1, and t6 (Arm 1), and at time points t3 and t4 (Arm 2).

Personal Data: Sociodemographic data (age, sex, height, weight, marital status, employment status, education) collected via questionnaire at t0 (Arm 1 and Arm 2). Health data (chronic diseases, duration of residence in assisted living, general questions on subjective health status) collected via questionnaire at t0 (Arm 1 and Arm 2). Perception of physical activity programs (type, frequency, duration) collected via questionnaire at t0 (Arm 1) and at t0 and t3 (Arm 2). Questionnaire for Health-Related Resource Use in the Elderly (FIMA) assessed at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). Motor Performance: Fall frequency assessed by recording fall events over the past 3 months at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). Mobility and physical performance assessed using the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). Endurance capacity assessed using the Danish Step Test at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). Activity behavior assessed using an activity diary between t0 and t3 (Arm 1 and Arm 2), and between t3 and t6 (Arm 2). Mobility, strength, and enjoyment of movement assessed using the PACES questionnaire at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). Cognition: Executive functions assessed using the Trail Making Test B (TMT-B) at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). (Working) memory assessed using the Digit Span (DS) at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). Concentration ability, cognitive fitness, and forgetfulness assessed via self-report at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). Psychosocial Resources: Quality of life / well-being assessed using the WHO-5 questionnaire at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2). Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs): self-developed items assessed at t0 and t3 (Arm 1), and at t0, t3, and t6 (Arm 2).
