Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with PCS who are connected to the PCS outpatient clinic or day clinic at UKSH, Campus Kiel. Current residence in Schleswig-Holstein or Hamburg. Bell Score of at least 30. For participation in the PCS therapy group: sufficient physical capacity, individually assessed by a physician. Written or electronic informed consent from the participant.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For participation in the PCS therapy group: exercise intolerance that is likely to prevent successful participation. Residence outside of Hamburg or Schleswig-Holstein. Bell Score below 30.
