Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or omnivorous diet for at least one year. For vegetarian and vegan diets, exceptions are permitted no more than once every three months.

Stability of different dietary types over a period of approximately 6 weeks, as measured by the validity and reliability of a newly developed food frequency questionnaire with a focus on plant-based diets

- Verification of self-reported dietary habits (vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian and omnivorous) based on stable 15N isotopes in spot urine - Associations between anthopometric mesurements and dietary pattern - Relationship between chronotype and meal patterns, taking into account the respective dietary pattern
