Group 1: Retrospective analysis of all patients who received extracorporeal life support (ECLS) therapy following cardiac or vascular surgery.

Inclusion criteria: - Patients = 18 years of age, male or female - Cardiac and vascular surgical procedures with postoperative ECLS therapy
