Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All newborns (preterm infants and term newborns >24 weeks of gestation) with a congenital lung malformation (mandatory: prenatal diagnosis)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients receiving palliative care 2) Lack of parental consent (prior to birth) 3) Contraindication to performing EIT measurement according to approval (e.g., presence of a pacemaker) or inability to perform EIT measurement on the thorax due to wound dressings or indwelling drains.
