Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed psoriasis or atopic dermatitis; residence in one of the participating European countries; written informed consent for voluntary study participation; sufficient language skills to independently understand and complete the questionnaire version in the respective local language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient language skills preventing independent understanding or completion of the questionnaire; severe psychotic or other acute psychiatric disorders that preclude reliable participation or informed consent; presence of another chronic inflammatory skin disease other than psoriasis or atopic dermatitis.

Measure	Time frame
Individual flourishing, assessed with the Flourishing Scale (FS; 8 items) as a composite measure of psychosocial well-being. The scale covers aspects such as competence, meaning in life, positive relationships, and sense of purpose; higher scores indicate higher flourishing. The outcome is assessed once at the study visit in the respective study center after written informed consent. Data are collected using a standardized anonymous paper questionnaire completed independently by participants on site.	—

Secondary outcomes are: (1) value orientations, assessed with the Portrait Values Questionnaire (PVQ-21); (2) humor styles, assessed with the Humor Styles Questionnaire (HSQ); (3) mental health indicators, assessed with the PHQ-4; (4) dermatology-specific quality of life, assessed with the Skindex-16; (5) subjective social status, assessed with the SSS ladder item; (6) clinical disease severity, documented as PASI for psoriasis and EASI/SCORAD for atopic dermatitis. All secondary outcomes are assessed once at the study visit. Patient-reported outcomes are collected using a standardized anonymous paper questionnaire, while clinical severity parameters are documented by study staff from routine dermatological care.	—
