Inclusion criteria: Cardiac surgeons (m/f/d) with mitral valve reconstruction experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of signed informed consent or withdrawal request.

-Time, precision, and error counts for each individual surgical step. -During the simulation procedures. -Via video recording and manual evaluation.
