| What: Attitudes toward older adults with mental disorders, as well as evaluations of therapeutically relevant decisions regarding the allocation of treatment slots, prognostic expectations, and the establishment of the therapeutic relationship. When: Depending on random assignment, the assessment is conducted either (a) after participants have worked on case vignettes formulated in discriminatory language, (b) after working on case vignettes formulated in respectful language, or (c) and (d) immediately following a knowledge test.
