Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Employment as a healthcare professional in obstetric care (e.g., physicians, midwives, nursing staff). Direct involvement in the management or care of at least one maternal death or severe obstetric event. Sufficient proficiency in the German language to understand study information and participate in the survey and interview. Written or electronic informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of capacity to provide informed consent. Current acute psychological crisis or severe mental health condition that, from the participant’s or investigator’s perspective, precludes participation. Insufficient language skills to complete the questionnaire or participate in the interview.
