Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Underlying condition: Self-reported, previously medically diagnosed psoriasis (regardless of severity or gender) - German language proficiency: Native speaker or C1 level - Willingness to participate in a four-week intervention - Internet access - Capacity to provide informed consent - Possession of a valid Google Mail address or willingness to create one to enable access to the study podcast

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, severe mental health conditions (e.g., depression with suicidal thoughts, psychosis, eating disorders), substance use disorders, cognitive impairments, other chronic skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis, allergic skin reactions, hives, adults unable to give consent, participation in other studies or digital health applications, listening to less than 50% of the podcast episodes, serious unexpected events (e.g., complications of psoriasis requiring hospitalization or other acute health risks).

Mean change in the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) from baseline (Week 0) to Week 4 (end of the four-week podcast program) compared to the control group (“standard care”).

MeasureTime frame
Treatment adherence, self-efficacy, disease knowledge, depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, disease severity (SA-PASI score), usage rate, and satisfaction with the training format.
