Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving inpatient or outpatient treatment at the Department of Neurology and Polyclinic. Patients with subjective and objective cognitive impairments of various aetiologies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in whom neurological disorders have been conclusively ruled out. Moderate or severe medical conditions that interfere with the ability to complete the assessment. No subjective or psychometrically demonstrable cognitive impairments; patients with severe dementia (DemTect = 8 points).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Diagnostic accuracy of the SPOT test for detecting cognitive impairment, measured by the number of correctly identified visual differences and completion time.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
-Correlation of SPOT performance with established neuropsychological tests (MMST, DemTect, TMT, WAIS-IV Digit Span, TAP visual scanning). -Determination of cut-off values using ROC analysis. -Analysis of SPOT performance across demographic variables (age, sex, education). -Exploratory subgroup analyses (e.g., patients with visuospatial deficits or neglect).
