Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| During blood donations from healthy volunteers, excess material (serum and leukocytes) is examined for the presence of infectious diseases and clonal hematopoiesis. The primary goal is to investigate the relationship between latent infectious diseases and the presence of clonal hematopoiesis. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Investigation of immune cell functionality in healthy subjects with/without latent infectious disease. Identification of mutations predominantly found in subjects with/without latent infectious disease and correlation with immune cell functionality. Correlation of inflammatory mediators in the blood with clonal hematopoiesis and immune cell functionality. | — |
