Group 1: Retrospective analysis of all adult patients diagnosed with spondylodiscitis who were treated at Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin between 2010 and 2025, irrespective of the primary treating departmen

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients with spondylodiscitis treated between 2010 and 2025, irrespective of the primary treating department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years at the time of treatment

Patient antibiotic susceptibility profile, obtained once or repeatedly during the course of the hospital stay, determined by laboratory analysis.	—

- Conversion from conservative to surgical management - In-hospital mortality - Admission to the intensive care unit - Length of hospital stay - Complications (neurological deficits, Clostr. difficile infection) - MRI findings (regression of inflammatory changes, presence of psoas abscess)	—
