Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age = 18, Radiological evidence of pulmonary infiltrate (primarily by chest x-ray or CT). Further inclusion criteria (at least one must be fulfilled): Presence of cough, presence of purulent sputum, Pathological lung auscultation (crackles), Temperature = 38,3° C measured once or = 38° C measured twice (axillary/oral/auricular/sublingual), Oxygen saturation <92%, Respiratory rate =22/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hospitalization longer than 48 hours prior to diagnosis of current pneumonia, infiltrate with non-infectious etiology, Medical history with diagnosis of active TB within the last twelve months
