Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgical treatment with flap plasty at our clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The correlation between conspicuous perfusion values in spectroscopy with visible light and the clinical/Doppler sonographic or intraoperative findings is being investigated. For this purpose, continuous (72 hours postoperatively) and intermittent measurements are first taken over the course of time using the probe attached to the flap plasty.

MeasureTime frame
The collected values will be used to analyze which limit values or value dynamics in spectroscopy with visible light can be considered a reliable indication of compromise of the flap plasty.
