Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Tracking of the menstrual cycle or menopause status, for which cycle documentation has been carried out for at least 3 months using an app or menstruation diary - Native-level German language skills - Written consent to participate in the study and data processing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Current pregnancy or breastfeeding - Occurrence of acute dizziness, fever, infectious diseases or cold symptoms - Presence of a diagnosed and medically treated mental illness (e.g. major depression) or neurocognitive disorder (e.g. confirmed dementia) - Presence of a neurological disease (e.g. epilepsy, Parkinson's disease) or traumatic brain injury - Suffering from severe cardiovascular system limitations (e.g. heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia) - Impairments of the musculoskeletal system (e.g. immobility, acute pain syndrome, bone diseases, joint replacement), acute injuries to the musculoskeletal system or in the past 6 months - Orthopaedic surgery in the past 6 months - Presence of implanted cardiac electrical devices (e.g. pacemaker/ICD) - Presence of wounds, open skin areas or burns on the upper body in the area of the sternum, upper back or thighs, or skin diseases caused by viruses, fungi or bacteria - Presence of diabetic neuropathy (e.g. diabetic foot syndrome) - Harmful use of or dependence on substances, including alcohol - Presence of speech comprehension disorders
